Yasemin is a skilled and experienced solicitor with over ten years of experience working with family, immigration and civil matters. Having qualified in 2019, and obtaining Higher Rights of Audience in the same year, she is a highly adept advocate who enjoys supporting clients throughout the entire legal process.


She also has strong immigration experience including all areas of immigration law spanning:

1. All types of applications including:

a. Entry clearance, for adults and minors, consisting of simple visit and student visas, to more complex matters such as adult dependent and children’s entry. Yasemin has worked on applications on the points-based system and high net worth matters such as entrepreneur entry.

b. Leave to remain, in all areas including but not limited to spousal applications, graduate leave, leave to remain outside of the Rules and skilled worker applications.

c. Indefinite leave to remain, in all ranges such as spousal, 10-year lawful residence, 20-year unlawful residence.

d. Naturalisation, for adults and children.

e. Asylum. f. Human rights applications spanning articles 3, 4 and 8 ECHR. 2. Pre-action letters.

Family law

Yasemin’s cases cover all aspects of family law including:

1. Divorce.

3. Private child law including contact, maintenance and residence and prohibited steps orders.

4. Matrimonial finance, including consent and ancillary orders. Her experience includes complex matters including third parties, cases under the Children Act and TOLATA matters. Her cases often involve complex and substantial assets, including businesses and pensions.

She also advises on wealth protection such as pre and post nuptial agreements.
